I managed the strategic direction of Chicago Children’s Museum's social media channels and led the development of digital advertising campaigns.
My responsibilities included managing the editorial calendar, copywriting captions and ad copy, taking and editing photos, scheduling posts and ads, engaging with followers, responding to messages and reviews, monitoring and analyzing metrics, collaborating with influencers on cross-promotion, and more.

Cloud Buster Exhibit Promotion
I teased Instagram and Facebook followers for weeks leading up to the public opening in an effort to boost community engagement and drive traffic to online ticket sales.
On opening day, the highly anticipated structure was finally revealed.
Cloud Buster Influencer Outreach
I strategized and executed an influencer marketing campaign in which I relied heavily on non-paid promotion from online influencers and press’ social channels.
This culminated in a ribbon-cutting press and influencer event that yielded more than 6 million online impressions.
Beyond Incarceration Pilot Program Launch
I generated social media content around a new pilot program while liaising with partners at Chicago Beyond, Cook County Sheriff’s Office, and The Center for Childhood Resilience.
Beyond Incarceration Pilot Program Outreach
Outreach to Chicagoland organizations and individuals resulted in post sharing from various pages including current Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle.
